Her family has the original land grant for 500 acres in Sullivan County. Rebecca comes from a family who have been in the real estate, home building and land development business for 3 generations. It was a natural flow to follow her family and enter the real estate business. Rebecca got her affiliate real estate license in 1984 and her broker’s license in 1986. She has extensive experience with new construction, as well as, all types of residential real estate. Her expertise lies with selling and listing lake property on all of the East Tennessee Lakes. Her leadership qualifications include serving as President of the Local and State Chapters of the Women’s Council of REALTORS. She holds the CRS and ABR Designations.
