My Family & Faith
We were all born and raised right here in Knoxville, TN. My wife and I met in high school back in 1991 and dated for 8 years before getting married in 1999. We began our family in 2002 with the birth of our son Braden. Our daughter Carlie came along in 2007. We have always lived in Knoxville and could not imagine living anywhere else. We are currently proud residents of the Halls community and we attend church at Salem Baptist Church on Hill Rd. We are strong in our faith and we are so blessed to be connected with this church body. The atmosphere is very welcoming and you will feel at home immediately. If you do not have a church home, I invite you to join us for a Sunday service. Just give me a call and I will meet you at the front doors and give you a quick tour of the church. Sunday School starts at 9:00 a.m. with the service starting at 10:15 a.m. Service is typically done by 11:30 a.m. I hope to see you there!
I must say that my family is my life. My children keep me hopping. My son Braden is starting his senior year at Halls High School and has played football, basketball and baseball. I have nicknamed him, “White Lightning” because of his speed. Braden is currently concentrating on track. My daughter Carlieis starting her 6thgrade year at Halls Middle. She was a gymnast for several years then she decided to try her hand at swimming and she is great at it! Carlie now swims for Beaver Brook Country Club. In my spare time, I am very involved within my church. I have also coached youth sports for many years and I love to cook. My wife would tell you that one of her main hobbies is keeping up with us and making sure we all have what we need. What she would not tell you is that she is great at it! My wife also owns her own residential cleaning business and works hard at helping to provide for our family.

At the age of 8, she got her first toolbox and pocket knife. Her grandfather let her tag along in his building material store and wood shop and that is where her love of architecture began. Years later, she purchased her first home, a fixer upper that marks the beginning of her true passion. Donna drug her family through several fixer upper renovations before she finally had enough cash saved to not have to live in them anymore- they were all thrilled!

There, I graduated with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in IT from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and have spent the past 10 years working in the financial sector where most recently, I am employed full time as a senior infrastructure architect.
I have a wife named Melissa, a 19-month-old daughter named Harper, and are expecting a baby boy next month! I am fortunate to share personal interests & hobbies with my wife, which include billiards, boating, hiking, & fishing.

Hailing from Versailles, KY, he moved with his mother to her hometown of Cookeville in 1998. Together they owned and operated Rickman Market for 2 years. Rickman is the hometown of his wife and assistant, Misty. They met at the county fair in 2000 and married in January of 2001, having their daughter, McKenzie, in November of that year.
Kenneth's career in Real Estate began in 2006, when he enrolled at the TREES Real Estate School in Chattanooga, TN. He later went back to school and attained his degree as an Advanced EMT at Volunteer State Community College. He and his wife have been volunteering with the Putnum County rescue Squad since 2009.
Kenneth has sold hundreds of properties all throughout the Upper Cumberland over the years and is always ready to work in the best interests of his clients.

Teresa (Townson) Yokley enjoyed her childhood growing up on the out skirts of Knoxville in a small town called Loudon, Tennessee to Loudon County. Growing up, Teresa enjoyed gymnastics and horseback riding. She graduated from Loudon High School then went on to earn her Bachelors degree in Organizational Management with a minor is Psychology.
